Yes. You approve content, campaigns and spend before they go out. An approved automation then runs under the rules you agreed.
No. We deliver the agreed system, content and service, and review useful measures. Your offer, demand, budget and response to customers all influence results.
Your domain, social properties and ad accounts stay in your name. Export and handover options are confirmed in your proposal; full workspace export is not currently available.
No. New Zealand SMS campaigns, text-message booking reminders and the AI receptionist are not included in these offers.
We plan, set up and manage the agreed digital systems and marketing as one service. Our team handles implementation, creative review and ongoing client support, using connected tools where supported. The tools, access and any specialist production costs are confirmed in your proposal.
Yes. We agree the extra work and reuse the same business workspace where appropriate, so software and overlapping work are not charged twice.
